Work on your digital invitation begins only after the receipt of the initial advance payment and all required media/details via our designated Google Drive link. Delivery timelines (1 to 3 days depending on the package) are calculated from the moment we have received all necessary assets from you.
Our standard payment structure for custom invitations (Gold & Diamond packages) is as follows:
*Silver package requires 50% advance and 50% on final delivery.
We want you to be completely happy with your invite. Feedback and revisions are accepted after the first draft is presented. Once the final payment is made and the project is marked complete, minor text corrections are free, but significant structural or design changes may incur additional charges.
Due to the customized digital nature of our service, the 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable once development has commenced. If the event is canceled or postponed after the first draft has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, though we will gladly update the dates on the invite at no extra cost when you reschedule.
For packages including a custom domain (for example, yourname.rar.bar), the website and domain hosting will remain active for 1 year from the date of publishing.
